The goal of Granvita was to present a future community not to investors, but to the people who will live around it. This changed the entire storytelling approach: instead of focusing only on real estate value, the animation shows how the new area can become part of everyday city life.

We built the story around a governor riding a bike through the community, naturally revealing the public center, residential buildings, school, and park area. Through cinematic CGI, the project becomes more than an architectural presentation — it shows a future neighborhood as a living, accessible, and human-centered place for the city.
